Now I gotta sit here and take forever to download this pos patch that does nothing to fix the game while i'm on a time limit. Great job riot. Can't do anything right to save your lives.

I was expecting nerfs after nerfs but not really any nerfs also sylas heal increased early LOL FACEPALM
