I get 500 stacks doing absolutely nothing when used to I had to work my butt off for it.

Ult gives more CD on R. Now you get 12 STACKS FOR BIG MINIONS. I love this but I hate playing against it. Check match history.

Also buffing towers does not even matter if I get first blood or anything I can take two plates easy unless jungle comes top.

I once played nasus and died to my lane opponent like 4 times and still out damaged him by lvl 6 lol shits ridiculous right now

That's the thing about nasus. It doesn't matter how many times you kill him if he still manages to do decently on stacks. At 20 minutes, he will just 2 shot you.

Good thing I have not run in to any good nasus players yet. All the ones I see on the enemy teams tend to get like 500 stacks an hour after the game ends.
