Change Farsight item

I think that if you having the ability to teleport to the Farsight ward would add a really interesting mechanic into the game, although it is a long range ward and people would complain that it is op just make it so both teams can see when someone uses the item, another reason why is even though it provides long-range vision for free it only has one health which would make clearing wards more important, along adding an interesting change from the normal ward or the sweepers. Please modify
