What exactly is Poppy?

This isn't a QQ thread, just wondering what sort of role Poppy fills.

Is she a tank? Too much damage. Is she a juggernaut? Dash and MS buff make her too fast. Is she a light fighter? Too tanky. Is she a mobile bruiser? Tons of utility.

She is a tank with heavy conditional damage.

uh...juggernauts can be fast. skarner is a juggernaut and movespeeds a pretty big deal on him. garens q is a slow cleanse that gives him a ton of movespeed on a really low cooldown. poppy's mobility is targeted so I guess that's their excuse for why she can have it

No more damage, mobility or utility then say Volibear or any other tnak for that matter yet people are still going to complain regardless.
