I see people get extremely fed all the time. But they usually end up faltering when they realize one or more of their team fed. I mean that feeling when you as a mid laner have 3 kills off your laner and you get a good roam off, but then you realize their nasus is fed. In their case, while you may be able to pick off some of theirs, your team will be unable to deal with the nasus. So it kind of sucks to play mid.
