Mordekaiser Rework Ideas
Warning: I am not a Mordekaiser main, however I have played him before. I know this changes a lot of his playstyle as a immobile carry with no cc, but these are just ideas i'm putting out for fun. At the start you'll think this kit is overloaded probably, but that's because it is. The Iron Revenant
Passive: Nightfall's Might
- Mordekaiser's mace is so dense that it creates a gravity field around Mordekaiser that lowers enemies' Movement speed by 5+something per level. OR Mordekaiser's Move speed is lowered when running away from enemies' and enemies' Move speed is lowered when running away from Mordekaiser.(Personally I prefer the first one because it has a better description)
- (Everyone loves 2-part passives right?) Whenever Mordekaiser hits an enemy with a spell, he applies stacks of Malicious Metal. (decided not to make an actual 2-part passive because I have morals) Q: Mace of Spades(dont like this name but cant think of a better one and also probably references a metal song) Mordekaiser swings his mace, dealing puns of damage in a AoE arc(horizontal ofc). 0.75 or 1 second delay before it actually hits(kinda like Darius' Q But it's not I swear its an original idea) Mordekaiser can move freely while casting and the ability casts even if Mordekaiser is CCed before it hits. Mordekaiser can cast this ability 2 more times with a 3 second cooldown between each. On the third cast, Mordekaiser brandishes his mace(purely for aesthetic reasons) and then smashes his mace on the ground before him, dealing damage in a circular AoE in front of him. This attack shatters the ground, slowing enemies by 99% for 0.5 seconds if they somehow wander onto the broken field with spikes on it(spike field lasts for 2 seconds). If an enemy is hit directly by this ability then they are slowed by 40% for 2 seconds instead and will be unaffected by the other slow(It's not Riven see cause it doesn't knockup). Only applies a stack of Malicious Metal on the third hit(also if they run into the shattered ground). Malicious Metal additional effect:On third hit, if the enemies hit have at least one stack of Malicious Metal, they are stunned for just ONE second(cmon throw me a bone here) W: Harvester of Sorrow(sounds like a poem about sad farm equipment so will change it) Storm of Steel First cast: Mordekaiser harnesses necromantic force to create a whirlwind of iron to batter his foes(for up to 4 seconds). Adds a stack of Malicious Metal every second(up to 3). Second cast: Mordekaiser pulls back the storm forcefully, dealing damage to all enemies still caught in the storm and heals for a flat amount(depending on amount of enemies hit also less heal for minions)(cause he steals a portion of their soul and minions only have souls sometimes). (Yes i removed your ability to deny creeps, guess i'm meddling, huh?) Malicious Metal additional effect:Mordekaiser's storm empowers his passive, slowing an extra percent of the enemy's Move Speed if they have a stack of Malicious Metal and stealing a flat amount of Move Speed rather than removing it. E: Expunge Siphon of Destruction Mordekaiser uses his necromantic power to pull his enemies' souls towards him, dealing damage to all enemies around him , shielding him for a percentage of his max health per champion hit and shackling them, forcing them to stay within the leash range or else LOSE THEIR SOUL!!!(dun dun dun). Enemies with their soul lost become Lost, slowing them by a large amount and giving Mordekaiser extra Move Speed when running towards them(to help them with their lack of soul ofc!dw it wont hurt). Malicious Metal additional effect: Mordekaiser removes all stacks of Malicious Metal on enemies, dealing extra damage per stack and instantly applying the Lost debuff if they have at least one stack. R: Children of the Grave Mordekaiser rips out a portion of the enemy champion's soul immediately and animates it to do his bidding(also heals him immediately for a portion of target's max hp) then steals a portion of the target's max health over 10 seconds. The newly created ghost gains a portion of all of the target's stats, and deals extra damage against its original copy. The original target takes the same amount of damage as it deals to the clone(only takes the damage if the original hits the clone(why are you hitting yourself?)). The clone lasts for 10 seconds (more if the original is killed). Also the auto attacks deal damage based on the target's ap if the enemy's damage is primarily magic.If the target is Lost, they lose the portion of the stats that go to the clone. If the original is killed(only if Lost), Mordekaiser gains the stats that the clone stole for the ghost's duration.
