So ever since I would say like 7.5, I only get 20 LP for a single win and lose 16-19 for a loss. I used to be getting 24-25 for a win and losing only 14-18 for a loss. What exactly is happening because my friends still get 25 LP for wins and its absolutely irritating and BS that it takes me 6 wins to get to 100 LP but in 2-3 losses I can get almost down to 0.

Your MMR is lower then the expected range for your current League. MMR is the only matchmaking value that maters, LP and Rank are just an extra layer to make the system feel more rewarding.
