Key Fragments Drop Rate and Totally Not Victorious

The Key Fragment Drop Rate is ridiculously low, I have 34 Mastery Chests waiting to be open but no keys to open them with. I have Honor 5 and have had it pretty much since the release of the Honor system. Purchasing the keys is honestly not a good idea either for an extra 50 RP you can get a chest with that key and the loot you get from Mastery Chests is worst than the ones you get from the store anyways. Now I am not complaining that I didn't got some free stuff, I got 58 Mastery Chests this Season and I already had like 14 when the Season started meaning I got to open about 30 this year(past year?) I am just saying the drop rate of Keys vs Chests is kinda skewed and it feels really bad that you can accumulate such a massive amount of loot you're never gonna be able to use... On a side note can I haz some free keys? lol (I made a drawing of skins I am never gonna have but I dont know how to paste it :( ) Anyway my other point is about the joke made on the most recent Riot post about "Totally Not Victorious" Skins, it feels really bad that the best skins for Morgana and Elise are outside of the reach of newer players, I get the need to keep the most recent ones such as Graves or Maokai exclusive but skins that are 3 or 4 Seasons old? I mean a lot of the players that earned them might not even play anymore...

Though I don't have as many chests as you are am not honored I used to get a lot of keys. Now I don't get any keys and I play a TON of games. Even if I do get a key (it's probably been a month know) it's only a fragment. So at at this rate I am getting a key fragment every month (1/3 key) so I get a total of 4 chests a year that are free for skin SHARDS? Oh wow so excited. What's the point? There is none.
