they don't have to be in order just list some broken champs 1.Jax hes has a stun dodge a gapcloser/escape 3 hit mixed dmg and an aa reset not to mention his passive he is like the best pusher in the game 2.Blitz now don't go say noob just dodge the hook its kinda hard unless that's all your focusing on and its just in his kit riot cant nerf it without those blitz mains crying 3. Heimerdinger another one that just cant be nerfed without the mains crying he might as well be playing his own game really if he loses lane its because the player dosent know what their doing most likely

lmao none of those champs are hard to deal with

its champs like Rengar, Ezreal, fed Zed and talon, poppy, etc

those champs have so much damage, or cc and almost anyone can play them (except maybe the zed talon)

talon's pretty easy to pick up

of course it takes more practice to play him effectively, but the same can be said about almost every champion

The only one in your list that might be considered "overpowered" is sated, full build Jax. Heimerdinger is incredibly annoying if you're a melee champ, but his turrets can be taken out with range. As for Blitz, you said "don't go say noob dodge the hook", even though that's exactly what you need to do. It's not really that hard with good positioning, e.g. behind minions.

The three that I would consider broken are Fizz XinZhao MasterYi , but even then I can't really see any main reason why, besides the seemingly endless turmoil and frustration they all cause me, especially with the Xin buff

tbh the main reason why Fizz is frustrating is that he has so much escape and now with the 45% cooldown mastery, his jumps are up every 8 seconds... thats insane. jungle fizz can steal a baron by hopping over the wall, smiting, then zhonya's then e back over and i have done that many times

as for master yi, there really is no running from him
