Why did you remove vlad from the game riot?

I liked vlad even though it was not a good champ (yeah, bad champion to win), because of its easy to use mechanics and sustain, with late game potential. But now Riot decided to remove vlad from league, thinking vampire does not suited for the game, I am very, very sad. I tried to play that weird minion which is named just like vlad, and it dies of its own skills, nobody gets hit by third q since its so obvious, and no more spellvamp items. It was hilarious. I like your kind of humor Riot.
