For too long you've been keeping Caitlyn OP
First off, 650 basic attack range on an adc? Is a no go. That is enough for Cait to attack me at the turret and still not be targeted by it. This needs to be reduced to 600 at the least.
Let me tell you why I say at the least.

This skill needs to be reworked all together if you're going to keep Caitlyn's range. Next to Tristina who has to build her range and isn't justifiable by any means to have an escape, is the same as Caitlyn having no justifications to have an escape either. That is not how it's suppose to work, Riot. Long ranged ADCs are suppose to be relying on kiting, not mobility. It is the lower ranged that deserved their escapes or otherwise counteractions against chasers. Caitlyn, does not need this. Never has she needed this. Not with her poking powers and the synchronizations most supports have with her.
Not to mention you even gave her basic attack a steroid with Headshot...fucking really?
At 7 / 6 / 5 stacks, her next basic attack will deal bonus physical damage equal to 50% of her attack damage

The fuck's this Riot? Why does the longest ranged ADC of early game and second in late game need a 50% boost to her basic attack, which is VERY easy to achieve since you got a whole stockpile of attack speed for the grabbing.
I was under the impression that Caitlyn is a sniper. Not a machine gun.
