Why the ****

So why the bloody living **** is Hurricane and Warlords not been nerfed to the ground yet? Warlords literally removes any incentive in Harassing , poking , and forcing lane opponents (adc wise) out of lane because they can just sit at turret if poked low and just full heal from auto attacking, and then Hurricane just promotes AFK farming and team fighting to the majority of ADC's let alone it also provides IAS CC and MS + hitting 2 more units, please tell me how Riot you think these two items are even remotely balanced.

Warlords and Hurricane have literally removed the fun of facing any adc in lane now because of how much your *****ing game has now promoted passive farm until full build.
