Possibly Rework Ohmwrecker in Tank Update?
Item has been forgotten for quite some while now and should be brought up to speed with the meta in terms of effectiveness such as zz rot, redemption, righteous glory, etc.

no, with damage creep being this high, having an item that is good while disabling already weak turrets isn't a good idea atm
bad stats 100% bought for the already gimped heal
why even bother now with the range basicly saying draw the enemy to you and then rest it down so they can destroy it
who even builds this it was an okay item when you could take allies with you cant even do that now.
just needs stats on it to make it worth buying
