Looking to become a support main( Past Azir main)

I was looking to main support but before that a little stuff about me, Hi, the name is Noveress I'm a silver 3 Azir main and I have been playing azir for 2 seasons. Once I found that champion on release I fell in love with his thematics and gameplay style, What I loved the most about was azir's difficulty and how it took a lot of management for me to do well with azir. Sadly the emperor has been nerfed constantly and it's been difficult for me to win. Azir will soon be reworked and never again be the same champion and if the rework is garbage, which it probably will be (it's being done by the same guy who did the rek'sai rework and kindred rework which imo are garbage) Was looking to speak with some support mains out there who would be able to hook me up with info about the transition between mid to sup, and if possible are there some supports who are similar to azir in a way? and if not I would like to know if Tanky cc based supports are meta( my favourites)
