Kennen Needs A Buff

Yeah so kennen is basically useless right now because he can't increase his energy regen and he can't do enough damage to assassinate anyone.

You could either

A.) Refund energy on successful Q's (last hit) for the laning phase. B.) Remove the max damage on his ULT. C.) Both

Kennen is too fun to play to not let him be played competitively.
