Instead of Nerfing Devourer, Kog'Maw, Jax, Xin

Riot is repeatedly nerfing champions and items that interact with Guinsoo's Rageblade, instead of looking at what the real problem item is. I think that is relatively universally felt that Guinsoo's Rageblade is an extremely frustrating item to play against. Riot has nerfed many champions that use Guinsoo's including Jax, Kog'Maw, and Xin and is now looking at nerfing devourer rather heavily as well. I believe that instead of nerfing these, that Riot needs to strongly look at whether or not Guinsoo's Rageblade is currently a well-balanced item. Guinsoo's is classically an item that is used by hybrid champions, but in its current state, it is appearing on any attack speed champion and a Rageblade Irelia or Master Yi is extremely frustrating to play against. Instead of nerfing all of these champions and items, maybe Guinsoo's Rageblade is the broken part of the game. I also think that nerfing these champions has decreased the variability in the builds as it is almost a must to build Guinsoo's instead of using Trinity Force or other items. Riot should look at Guinsoo's Rageblade and determine if they believe it is a balanced item and how it works in the current environment of the game.

TLDR; Riot is nerfing items and champions that are played or used with Guinsoo's Rageblade, but instead of nerfing all of these, they should look at Guinsoo's and determine if they believe it is a balanced item.

devourer needs to be completely removed from the game. coming from a person that mains jungle. and has 160k mastery with jax. I'd much rather go back to the days of buying the old trinity force and building ad jax. devourer attack speed is just not fun. along with rageblade. you just auto someone once. and if there are 2-3 enemies next to you you get a triple kill instantly.

solution. we have an ad jg item. we have an ap jg item. make a hybrid jg item. that gives idk. 40 AP and 40 AD. or something like that. instead of this outdated devoure mechanic that it works on many things that in theory shouldn't.

this devoure nerf is what i call. a scumbag nerf because potentially. your not reducing how op it is. but rather. making it harder to do. which is stupid. just delete the item already. it and rageblade.

also the other problem is that trinity force has been turned into an ad caster item so jax and irelia can't really use it that efficiently as it used to be.

so basically i need 5 extra stacks to get it sated now. doesn't matter. an extra 2-3 minutes. it will decrease winrates because of the huge sample size but in an actual match i doubt it does anything.

devourers passive is simply too strong. 60 magic on hit. is a lot stronger than 60 damage for aa champions because base MR for every champions is MUCH lower than base armor. which means more damage. and the phantom hit thing is just op.

Despite all the QQ on Devourer junglers, they aren't even viable in competitive.

It should be balanced based on optimal play or there is no "balance" at all. For example, if I balance around Bronze, any champion with high AoE like Amumu tends to be OP since people clump up, don't split-push much and don't kite well. Does this mean Amumu is OP? Clearly at higher levels, it's much harder to get that AoE on multiple members so the answer is no. And that's why you don't balance around Bronze (replace with any tier).

I think Warwick is better than all of them with devourer. Sated Titanic = Rapage. Then build tanky. I like frozen mallet spirit visage and randuins. but if mid is ad go for sunfire or your pref in armor and cd needs
