So am I by no means a MordekaiserMordekaiser main, nor do I have much knowledge of coding or the intricacies of champion design, but I think it is a general consensus that Morde is in a weak place in the game, both in a duo lane and especially in solo lanes. I think that there could be small tweaks to his W passive that might make him a stronger champion as a whole, in both duo and solo lanes. First, his passive that allows him to gain an experience advantage should be removed, I think it is an odd fit for the champion thematically and that in general, level advantages should be earned, not given (besides from Zilean). Instead, give him a new W passive, which reduces all projectile damage by say 15%, which thematically makes sense cause he is a giant haunted suit of armor. Then on activation of his W, it doubles the projectile damage reduction to 30%, and imparts 15% projectile damage reduction to the ally that receives the buff, it would keep the damage and healing portions of the current W. Thematically, I think it makes sense that spinning metal shrapnel could shred projectiles. I believe these changes would enable Morde to be played in mid, top, carry and support effectively, and also be a good counter pick against the current ADC-centric meta and poke compositions. It would also allow him to shrug off some of the damage from the new AD carries in lane, while not invalidating or overwhelming them with damage.

All of the numbers can obviously be altered for balance purposes, but I believe this would make him more of a Juggernaut, as well as give him strong counterpick potential.

TLDR; Remove MordekaiserMordekaiser experience passive from his W, Harvester of Sorrow, give him a new passive that decreases projectile damage, which is doubled when he activates his W and also grants half the bonus to his ally that he uses W on. The damage and healing portions of his W stay the same.
