...I don't know what to say. But they aren't viable in the slightest.

Darius and Zed no, but Garen is doing fine. He has arguably the best sustain in the jungle.

I found clearing camps with him was easier than many easy-clear champs Warwick MasterYi XinZhao etc.

Ganking is a little tricky but by no means impossible and that's going conq, I don't imagine Predator garen would have any issue at all ganking.

  1. A "noob" is a rude player who often harasses newbies
  2. The jungle specific buffs were not intended to "MAKE X CHAMPION A OMEGALUL EPIC TIER LEE SIN MASTER CRAFT GOD FIST NAZI PUNCHING LEGEND" in the jungle, but rather give leeway in terms of position and strengthen viable off-role positions in a way that doesnt impact their laning.

3 and most important) The jungle specific buffs are an experiment to see how effective jungle explicit ability interactions are as a balancing lever, and test whether or not champions can be balanced independently of the lane by utilizing those levers. At present we have a significant issue of champions finding success elsewhere and getting everything nerfed or reworked because of it - an experiment like this will tell riot whether or not "specific" off-role levers are useful or not. We actually saw an attempt at that with the original soraka top nerf, before the minor rework of the skill; Her Q was just 40% less effective on minions. More things were added very quickly which indicated a lack of faith as to the effectiveness of such changes.
