Is there a point in playing this game anymore?

like i mean ranked will always be toxic and unbalance, you get no rewards lp is too hard to get its one step forward two steps back for most players (not counting top 10-5%, you get no ip or barley any after 25-30 games u get like 1500 and like maybe a champ you like/ need, Get rid of these lame challenges for icons no one cares about icons id rather get lynched then grind for an icon that id use once then never again, the game needs to be faster paced and less snowbally and stress full like not 45-1hr games, you should lower dmg for all champs and abilitys the game like builds and gamplay is all based of pro play, Why?. and lets be real most of us hate this game but cant quit and we dont enjoy it but yet we still play it why? there is so may better and more fun/ rewarding games idk i barley play anymore like once a week when i get that little itch other then that this games in the past for me now.

I know what you are saying. But it is preseason and they warned us that preseasons are the most dramatic times for patches and patch builds because there hasn't been any fine tuning.

Many people have taken to the habbit of breaking from League of Legends during the preaseason and coming back just before the season starts to get refreshed.

As for balancing the game around Pro Play, this is a must. Pro Play is debatably the primary place for the balance team to recognize game-breaking kits and item combos. For instance, Ardent Censor.

Ardent Censor didn't get top priority until it was apparent in Pro Play that the item was far overtuned. While not every gamebreaking tactic is discovered in Pro Play, you can bet that if something is overtuned outside of pro play and must be toned down due to how much of an unfair advantage it could possibly provide, it will be re-balanced with fairness in mind, a la Evelynn 2011 and Katarina 2016.

the game needs to be faster paced and less snowbally

This statement literally contradicts itself.
