First off, it’s day zero of his change, nowhere near enough time to tell. Second, he needed that nerf, his high elo stats make that very plain. Third, it was his last W buff that broke him, plain and simple. They wanted to make his damage even throughout the fight, so they changed it from %current to %max...then essentially buffed the total damage he dealt.
I suspect troll. Even Ornn mains knew he was OP and that it was a matter of time. A chunk of us welcome it, I believe. Means more Ornn time for ourselves.
