Garen has low cooldowns (espeically on Decisive Strike, and Judgment ) high damage high hp and armor. a free warmongs, free tenacity, and a silences
and no resource pool so he can endlessly spam his abilities, and these new runes only made him more broken and out of control then he already was.
i feel it would be fair to ask for Garen to at lest have a resource pool.

Garen was a terrible pick and if the new runes made him better, that would be a good thing. However, looking at early stats, that appears not to be the case. I would have to check, but it looks like he may have gotten even worse.
redniwediS2 votesI know it happens, but I rarely see people ask for Riven to get a resource bar. She can actually endlessly spam abilities and is generally considered far stronger than Garen.
And yet people ask for Garen to get a resource far more than other resourceless champs. Is it because he primarily performs well at low skill ratings? Is it just the people who do not play well asking this?

has no cc and is close range and ganking garen is a pain since he often just ohks the lane then the jungler. same with

Strawberrycocoa1 votesPersonally I feel like manalessness should either be all or none. I hate having to play a mana user against an AD champ who enjoys waveclear AND strong autos to farm with, and who never needs to monitor their ability useage to avoid resource exhaustion.
Resourcelessness Rage and Energy were a damn mistake.

And î oop1 votesyou people who say he not strong are so mistaken i just played twisted treeline game and we had taric evelynn and anivia on our team and they had kayle garen and amumu, GAREN with only black cleaver and infinity edge WAS SO BROKEN, first he is TANKY AS F and has no tanky items like 3 of us couldnt kill him and i proced my charm to lover mr, second he DEALS SO MUCH DAMAGE like more than 1000 with his e AND he can outrun anyone
