So Kata can E to plants but Elise can't repel to them?

It's a target that can be hit by both teams just like jungle monsters so don't understand that interaction

They're not considered an enemy. They're a neutral object in the game. Katarina was set up to be able to jump to any target (wards, plants etc). Just the different ways they were designed.

From what I recall you can repel to Zyra plants that are grown? But not to the seeds. I could be wrong on that. But in their seed state they're not an enemy of any kind. Like a Caitlyn trap.

I did believe you were talking about the new plants in the jungle, since they are new.

they meant jungle plants not zyras.. like the vision plant explosion plant and health plant..

Yes which is answered up above in the very first post. Someone eluded to the possibility of Zyra plants so I answered that to the best of my knowledge.

Ya when zyra plants aren't grown theyre not considered a minion yet just like a ward it grants slight vision around it like a teemo shroom so you can't repel to an ungrown one but yes she can repel to an enemy zyras grown plants ... and anything that is considered a "target-able" object (an attack-able object) Hope that cleared it up for you :P
