The interaction between Morgana's shield and Fizz's ult has changed a lot in the passed. Some patches it sticks to the shield and some it does not. After this last nerf to her shield it now sticks. They never mention this change in the patch notes so I don't know whether it is intended to stick to the shield or not.
Morgana Dominus1 votesAfter the rework this was changed. It sticks, but it does not slow the target. So it basically negates the ability for his ult to get a pick.

Fargo791 votesI have also noticed that they changed Zoe drowzy and morg shield.. her shield now blocks the sleep effect.. before it would only block it if you had it on before being hit with drowzy... now it will block the actual CC part of it regardless when the shield was applied...
