Is Elise considered strong/broken/overpowered currently?

I'm just wondering if this is the general consensus on Elise's current state, as she's receiving some tentative balance changes on PBE (read number nerfs) across a range of things. One that sticks out his her MS nerf, while slight I admit is still a nerf and one to her early game clear through Human W damage nerfs.

I played her yesterday and I don't proclaim myself to be either an Elise main or even a Jungle main (Used to be a REAL Thresh main during S5 but after a hiatus and bruiser spam on Twisted Treeline I absolutely suck at him at the moment) and I didn't feel like I was contributing much damage early game (I did level Q over W first which was probably a mistake) and only felt useful damage wise when I got Runic Echoes.

So I ask, is she considered strong enough to warrant nerfs?

Nah , she isnt too strong or too weak. She is in good state.

So the nerf is just to complete breaking her human legs as well as all 8 of her spider legs as they did previously?

Oh it was a while ago, I was reminded about it after watching a Stonewall008 video. It was during S4 I think? Elise was the only jungler at the time that could go toe-to-toe with Lee Sin and well we can't have League's poster boy having competition can we? ;p

Anyways like I said this was a log time ago. Since then they did buff her cocoon stun though.

She was buffed alot few months ago, she was perma banned champion. They nerfed her a bit again. Now she is in a healthy state. Still very popular in competitive scene

Thanks for the info. I was aware on the stun scaling but nothing more. May have to read the wiki.
