Solo Q Suggestions

So I am having a hard time this new season rising through. I am stuck in the in between bronze and silver (silver last season bronze currently). I do good early game and most my teams, but when it comes to late game it seems nobody knows how to really end at that point. No one knows who to focus who and it makes it hard to wrap up. I mostly play support so it is difficult sometimes. I usually play Bard, Soraka, Lulu, or Braum if need a tank. What would be some other good champs to use? Or another role to learn better to help? I can mid but I have a hard time sometimes against assassins. I'm not sure what champs are good right now and what is not tbh .Here is a screenshot of the champs I own.
