Gnar's dance doesn't do the weird laughing with it anymore. It just does the rattling. He will do everything else normal but that. This was fine a few weeks ago.

You're right. He's pretty much useless in his current state. It's all about throwing houses and spamming laugh.

I haven't witnessed this Gnar bug yet, but I recently played Karthus with his Statue of Karthus skin on ARAM. The eagle scream/call didn't trigger on his dance. Last patch, I was having major issues with some sounds looping constantly (Sejuani kept making her Q's "roar" sound effect and Nexus turrets never stop making their firing sound), but that looping audio bug has disappeared for me.

He has other bugs to as his mouth doesn't move when you do his joke in his Dino skin. Both skins also make the 3rd strike sound from his auto attacks when he turns back into his mini form.
