Kindred stacks stop appearing on jungle camps past six irregardless of whether you got them off champions or not. Unlike Chogath who always has a set 6 from minions / neutral monsters.
The way this works on Kindred removes the incentive for ganking before 6 stacks.
Kindred also deals more damage than cho gath and therefore there has to be a higher risk and reward. You clearly have not played Cho gath and he has a pretty long laning phase. You rarely get to 1v1 anyone in lane before you have at least 4 stacks and its very easy to force you out of lane. Also Cho Gath wasnt made for jg, his jg clear is pathetic compared to kindred. How can you compare rock with paper?
