Bots on Twisted Treeline

Playing non-ranked Twisted Treeline, just about every game there are one or two bots (people that are just having a program play for them to farm IP). There is no other way to consistently play a quick game mode that allows you to choose your champion since the removal of Dominion. With TT being ruined by bots, your choices are to play ARAM and be subject to RNG or to play a 30 - 45 minute SR game. When is this problem going to be addressed?
