Unfortunately, in those situations there's not much you can do except FF@20 from my experience. However, without seeing the match myself, it's hard to say what could have gone better, but let's just, for sake of argument, say you're the only one doing anything on the team.
If you win your lane (I'm going to guess the Mid or Feed type), you should immediately push your wave in and look for roams. They don't have to be amazing, even making yourself visible in the area helps relieve pressure. Ward more than your support, have some form of vision control if not for your team, then at least yourself.
Pings are important, even if the team doesn't listen to them. Spam it on top or near them and follow with it. Assume they're not going to back off, so you'll want the numbers to even out at the very least. Go through the threats and determined who you need to lock down first. Push objectives, suggest to your team to do dragon/baron if you're able, follow them to force teamwork.
Basically, you want to be playing like secondary support/jungler that tries to be everywhere on the map to keep your team alive and focused. You must become great leader and also take whatever advantage you can. Go to lane, gank, take some cs, run or maybe even a kill.
