Leaver Buster Concerns

Currently, and previously I used to be a toxic player. I cussed out my fellow summoners and I've said things I would never say to people face to face. I haven't played league in months, or if i did it was once in a great while. My concerns today are in relation to leaver buster. The system works I'll let you know, but at the same time I feel it's also over bearing with it's punishments. 20 minute wait times are fine, but 5 games in a row gets ridiculous. Especially when you don't log on for months on end and the buster system just keeps you there at 5 games until it's over. I would like it if the Leaver Buster could some how, I'm not sure I know how to say this, go away while I'm logged off. I say this because the last time I remember actively playing the game I enjoy daily was probably months ago. The buster system is working yes, but maybe a little to well, considering if this happens to people who pay you'll cut out profit. ( OH NO HE PLAYED THE MONEY CARD ) well in a sense yes, eventually someone who pays is going to get mad and just up and quit. Once this trend starts it'll create a negative image, yes I understand we want less toxic lobbies, but at the same time everyone gets mad.

Listen My first 20 minute wait out of 5 is about to be up, and I can't miss it or else I'll probably incur a 30 minute wait penalty or a 10 game lower que priority. Hate me all you want I just making my concerns heard.
