Botrk on Vayne?
Before Rapidfire Cannon came out you normally would rush Botrk on Vayne, however after it came out many pro games I've watched the player rushes Rapidfire then an IE.
Why is this? Should you not get Botrk on Vayne anymore?

The cost of BoRK was increased while the on-hit damage was decreased by two percent.
Rapidfire Cannon is about 600 Gold cheaper than BoRK, provides more reliable movement speed, and the passive helps her poke while adding to her 3-hit burst.
can be horrifying to play against mid- and early late-game due to her ultimate's AD steroid, her increased W damage, the damage reduction, and her mobility.
it deals more damage but it neglects vaynes biggest power: the dueling
last season i was really afraight of vaynes but this season its just whatever. no botrk, no danger.
get Bork. It is still her best first buy...
Vayne is often outranged by many ADCs so rushing RFC is just easier for her to trade in lane as well as siege towers. I still get Bork on her but it pushes back your damage output early on plus it's more expensive, so I'd rather get bork after RFC. Especially since by the time you finish your RFC you are probably still in the laning phase with a support so I just rarely find a use for rushing Bork as a first item now. By the time you get to Bork, as your second item, it's much more useful since you often find yourself in skirmishes and duels where the active can be utilized better.
For those of you saying still get Botrk first, why is it that in higher elo's players do not?
