Why such unbalanced teams? :/

Lately I've been in games were the teams are so unbalanced. Sometimes in my favor and sometimes not. Basically one team always get blown out.

Just recently I played a game in which it was me (G5) along with 4 un-ranked players. We were put up against a Diamond 4, Plat 1, and golds.

I dunno dude.
