In-Game screen is zoomed in and abilities/items stop working

So... I logged into League and jumped into a game and my screen is zoomed in completely - it's unplayable. I can't zoom out whatsoever. Then to top it off and make it better my abilities and items wouldn't work (like items you have to activate to use), so I re-logged and my abilities/items worked for a few minutes until I alt tabbed then stopped again. The abilities/items were stopping randomly even when I wasn't tabbing out of league and was just in the game. My screen stayed zoomed in. It was working normally the other day, I constantly alt-tab since I stream on twitch and never had the problems with the items/abilities... My screen is on 1920x1080, please send help :c

Also, I ran a repair and made sure everything was updated. Everything else looks good, so I don't know what's happening
