Ever since the new season went live! 10k+ Ping

Not sure if I'm the only person experiencing this issue :( Ping jumps between 75-10k off and on, even if I cap ping it still lags. I had no problem last season & pre season. Any advise? I tried updating all devices, resetting router, defragging comp, lowering video quality, etc. All other games run perfectly.
