So will Frost Queen actually get relevant nerfs?
Don't think 150% -> 100% mana regen is going to be enough of a nerf. I mean, at this point might as well remove morello and athene from the game.

Lol....you know about the gold passive change right?
The active is getting nerfed next patch to be significantly less effective at short range and the mana regen will now be the same as Morello while being strictly worse than Grail, on top of offering less CDR and less combat stats than both.
If it really needs more nerfs on top of what it's getting to not be the dominant mana regen item for mid lane then I'm sure they'll deal with that by nerfing the gold income for mids, but the item needs to be usable. Overkilling it because of paranoia that people will always want the active would be stupid.
