Definitely, but I usually prefer to use bad santa around the holidays. It's more festive.

Holidays are the exception to the rule. If you have a Holiday Skin, you should be using it (with the Exception to the Exception being DJ Sona, she's good any time of the year)

no way man, i'm a hardcore fan of bad santa. nothing beats saying "/all merry freaking christmas" as i 1 shot the enemy adc with a christmas present the size of sion.

I've had a match where the only person I ever ulted as Veigar was the enemy Ezreal. He literally never got to fire off a single attack through the match. At one point he actually said, "OH COME ON!! Now you're just trolling me!"
