Did they buff leblancs snare or something?

as the title says, i am wondering if riot decided to give leblancs tether snare ( E ) a stupidly long range. i just played a ranked game (as ahri) where 3 times i flashed and used a charge of my ult and the snare STILL went off. i even watched my friend who was playing vayne, condemn her away, flash and tumble only to be snared under turret.
