if i buy this on riven does my q heal only for 4% when i hit 1 enemy champion? and the 12 % lifesteal is also for basic attacks or? i guess its 12 % for autos and 4 % for spells as riven??? or its 12 % on q and 4 % on windslash??? .. its really difficult... for me multi target effects means for example katarina q or brand R or swain r but is rivens Q mulit target effects? still it gives 12 % for autoattacks its still worth cause it says dealing physical dmg so basic attacks are pyscal dmg
