What about a ward you can buy thats basically a weak Teemo shroom. Let's just say 100 gold Acts as stealth ward with less range When a champ gets within a certain range it detonates applying true sight and dealing 100 AD(Could scale with game time) Has a activation delay to avoid it being a new damage ability. Piltover or Zaun bomb.

Thoughts?

Obviously not as powerfull as ap teemo, lvl 9 restriction.
