I cant stand dynamic queue. Ranked has become even worse since it came out imo. Just played against a 5 man with me on a 4 man team, the other team destroyed because my team wouldn't talk to me besides the occasional gibberish and calling me names. I want to test my skills vs other individuals, not which team has more people in a party.
I hope soon. I hate being the 1 man out with a 4 man premade.

"Solo/Duo" isn't coming back. They're going to release a "Solo que only" ladder soon (whenever that is). So by the end of this season, we're going to have two modes: solo AND premade.
It's not likely to happen. I only know of one time Riot put something back in they had removed, and that's because they accidentally deleted Kog'Maw from the game.
It's gone, and it's time for you to move on. Try gathering support for a 1v1 mode or something, like was asked for in the past. Team games are pretty bad for testing individual skills.
