[CRASH] Game Freezing PC

Ran into this bug multiple times now and almost always occurs on SR. When playing occasionally the whole game will freeze expect for audio will continue as normal. I can move my mouse and can talk to others with no issue. If this is in full screen the only way to resolve is signing out of my account and signing back in as I can not leave normally or altf4 as the game wont let me. I have tried using the hextech tool with the issue persisting.
