I believe Ashe needs a damage boost. I want to continue playing Ashe but I just can't justify it anymore considering how much stronger all the other champions in this game are by comparison. Is she super useful, yes if she's fed and has loads of people protecting her then she can be super useful. However, if she isn't fed she feels like trash.
I think Ashe is that type of ADC that isn't about damage but more of a team composition champion. In other words, she works with her team by slowing or stunning the enemy. She also melts towers like hell. If you're not fed then you should always stay close to your team but if you are, you can pretty much carry your team.
What they should do is change ashe's ult from global to something like the range of jhin's ult and make it do good damage.
