Can I get my Gemstone please.
I had the pass and was on the last two quests to get the gemstone, but the client kept crashing on me, and reinstalling it took so long the gemstone quest expired...... Not, cool.[sg-shisa]

bit of advice, I wouldn't get the pass if you can't grind out games, a lot of people finished that mission like a month ago.
Sounds like the kind of thing meant for a support ticket, as the boards is almost certain to be unhelpful.
