He doesn't have a SINGLE counter according to WR in plat plus, I was a 11/3 as Kled with 300 CS to his 170 CS and 2 levels behind and I had to play perfectly or I'd lose the fight. This is insanity.
litrally any range counter him as long as the player have a positive iq, top lane have more ranges than melee, what are you talking about?

His W needs a hard nerf.
The healing value he gets from Conqueror Ravenous Hunter and 
for hitting a single W for 3k true damage is insane.
Everything else I am fine with, but his W damage needs to be toned down, his ult damage as well.
I know i'm gonna get downvoted for this. Sett is strong but not nearly a strong as people think he is.
There is a reason Sett is only 5% presence in pro play.
They're plenty of counters to Sett. Basically any champ with a Dash that makes you go behind him destroys Sett when played properly. By played properly i mean you wait for Sett to W then you dash behind him during the animation. If Sett misses W you will win every trade with him. Also any of the typically 1 v 1 gods like Jax and Fiora dumpster Sett

counter him but they basically counter everyone so it doesnt really count
Going threw the stats i noticed the higher up elo the worse his match-ups are i think he is a little on the strong side but a champion like sett gets nerfed too hard he becomes useless because he really doesn't do much to ranged champions and as long as you sidestep his w true damage I see how easy the match up becomes, The reason he counters melee champions is because he can just walk into the minion aggro and fight the opposing top laner with a stun.
