Is there going to be a new keystones or runes?

When I looked at necrits video of the ryze cinematic it got me thinking in a specific scene where places the shard of the world rune in the petricite thing,it went to a full view of 5 petricite pedastals,4 runes,1 empty pedestal, the 4 runes are corresponding with 4 of the runes we have for rune pages,the missing 1 is most likely the inspiration rune,I assumed that ryze has the inspiration because the inspiration rune is about rule bending and since ryze teleports, I can assume that is rule bending,to me that seems like a teaser for a new inspiration rune, also since In some of the other champions lore(barely any), world runes are mentioned, , ,and since from what the runes in ryze’s correspond to the path runes( domination,precision,etc.) , would that mean that there could new path runes? Any thoughts?
