@Riot, Can Elise get a similar buff to Pantheons? Better base attack speed to make up for machete?

Before season 8, Elise had attack speed reds, which was around +15% attack speed.

When preseason 8 rolled around, runes were removed and Hunter's Machete now gave +15% attack speed but only vs. monsters, so her dueling was off.

Now she has absolutely no attack speed unless she goes for percision tree, which also cost her some early AP, celerity and waterwalking, and even then its only 5.5% attack speed compared to 15%.

Can she atleast be met half way with an attack speed buff? Even if its only 8 like pantheon? Her attack speed with old runes was 0.72, same vs. monsters with machete, right now its 0.63 (0.625)

I don't know if that would fix her problems with the current meta, but I do 100% believe that this is as deserved as all the other champs that got attack speed buffs as compensation for the changes, and it would probably be enough to put her in a good spot that is neither top tier and neither low tier. This buff from the start of the bringing elise back patches would've been enough probably, her clear just doesn't feel good anymore, not like we have magic pen reds to compensate for no attack speed reds for more damage either.

Also don't forget she got a 3 AD nerf for worlds too, so her attack speed and autos are weaker.
