Lissandra Support & Zyra Snare Speed Change Request

I like to play off-meta supports, and I would like to know if Lisssandra Support is viable. Also, if anyone has played her, tell me what her strengths and weaknesses are as a support. Also is Spellthief's or Coin better on her as a first item?

Thank you all for your thoughts :)

Also please change Zyra's missile speed of her snare to 1200, like Morgana and Lux, from 1150. I know it's essentially a line AOE snare, but it would be nice just for consistency. If it's a skillshot snare, then the missile speed is 1200.

Agreed for Zyra , for Lissandra her buff coming soon will make her a good choice for Top lane , Middle Lane , and Support . Lets talk about support , her cc spells make her viable in this role , passive allows you to poke with Q in early , E for escape or engage , you can engage with W and Ulti while ur adc attack them , the slows are just OP and the new buff will keep you alive if you ulti yourself, and for the build you just start with item 3027 item 2045 item 3158 item 3157 , than you can go more deffensive with item 3083 item 3116 if you're losing lane and want to tank , or go offensive for more damage to help your team in fights item 3151 item 3089
