I hate having to pick mid, support, or top before the other person, because getting counterpicked is tough. If I'm picking blind I usually just pick something that can farm well or whatever support the adc asks for. But I would love to hear what some of y'all think are safe blind picks for ranked. If it makes a difference I'm in silver.

Top lane: Galio, Sion, pretty much any tank that will still be useful without having perfect farm/ a bad KDA Mid Lane: Pretty much any control mage Support: Janna, Nami, Thresh, pretty much any enchanter/support with a long range. NEVER blindpick champions like Leona unless you are a rank 7 one-trick (skill trumps counterpicks in a decent amount of situations). You could counterpick a Sona with Leona because Leona dicks Sona lanes so hard the Sonas might as well be free gold sacks floating through the air for the ADC

Has no "counters" per-say, only EVEN matchups at worst.
Playable into anybody short of Morgana.

Well-rounded, tends to do well against any lane: ranged, melee, aggro, passive, whatever.
I don't jungle, figure that one out from somebody else.

If you need a Mid and Support, Morgana or Annie might be good to have. They're flex picks capable of doing both positions, so the enemy might not know they're counter picking you particularly.
I one trick Xerath in Ranked, playing him enough that I don't mind when I'm first pick. Yes, they'll typically pick an assassin against me, but I can usually do ok.
Jung: 
ADC: Can handle a wide variety of opponents.
Support: Works with nearly every ADC, can engage and peel effectively on the fly.
Jungle: support jungler means that you're mostly enabling teammates. All you have to do is shield and land Q when ganking, and post-4(?) make sure you're giving blue and red buffs out to whoever needs them.
Mid: You can farm at a distance pretty safely, just be sure to ward.
Top: Keep bushes seeded with saplings and rush RoA.
top : shen , you just farm up , then try to help your team win top2: galio , very safe tank , but in top , your ult won't be as useful . mid : galio , very safe , and can do well vs most ap matchups , and even ad matchups , since he is a tank with good wave clear , and can help bot and top with his ult . mid :vladimir , he have a very safe kit when you learn him well , and he do well vs assassins adc :varus , have a good poke and a good range , with a good cc ult . support :taric , very safe when learned , and high rewarding . support : karma , very good if you have a strong poke adc , aka : cait , varus , jhin , mf jungle : cho gath , he is so broken , and even if you do bad , you are still cho gath , and will one shot people (and go tank instead of ap !)

Top: Can't help you there, I never play it.
Jungle: 
Vi is a pretty safe pick imo. She is strong at all points of the game, has good clear, good duelists, versatile kits and build paths. Shes can counter jungle well and can be hard to killl 1v1. Zac is super tanky, can do damage if you build for it, has cc for days and can escape well if you're getting coutner-jungled.
Mid: 
Honestly, I dont think anyone hard-counters these four champions. At the very least, you can afk farm lane and sit under tower. They go in order from most safe to least safe. Ahri is pretty easy to pick up, but the other three are pretty difficult.
ADC: 
Cait is probably the safest adc. She's hella strong in lane, has great range, an escape, and has zoning with her traps. Trist has a free escape, and has scaling on her aa range so she gets even safer as the game progresses. Ez is super safe, but is highly mechanically challanging and requires a ton of practice to be even decent with.
Support: 
Your adc has to literally int to die if your playing janna right. Shes the queen of a farm it out lane. Thresh is pretty good too, with enough tools to deal with any situation.
