tested item with darius had darius at 4.5k hp, and Titantic Hyrda did a measely 200bonus ad, I love the cone effect, but the effects need to swap with ravenous hydra. vs

Honestly, 200 damage is more damage boost than what you got with Atma's back in the day, ill be more than happy with that, especially considering its a lot more balanceable than Atma's was. Titan only boosts your AA's where Atma's boosted your entire AD stat, which means certain champions had to be balanced around that item. When they took it out, a few of them actually got buffs because without the item they were quite underwhelming.

I gotta say, I very much prefer the conic effect over the circle effect, but that's just me. But yeah, +200 to AAs when you have 4.5k hp is nothing to scoff at.

I don't think you realize just how good that really is. I frankly wouldn't use this item on Darius, but on someone who thrives on Atk Speed or getting on hit effects proc'd as much as possible. I particularly like it on Master Yi and Xin Zhao.
