im just gunna say you need some lifesteal, even if its just a vamp scepter which gets last item upgraded into BT. and besides, the active on cutlass is still 100 free damage which works very well with the ultimate.
also you have maw before last whisper? what are you thinking? how are you going to deal with mid game tanks? just avoid them outright and cry when they show up?
proper zed build -> swords -> lifesteal if against a poke champion OR serrated dirk if you're winning hard -> complete youmuu -> finish some form of lifesteal -> (bork is still good because it enables last hitting and an easier time autoing when you do dive) -> Cleaver / LW, cleaver for most situations, LW if theres a dedicated armor tank or two on the enemy team, then the other item. -> FIller item of your choice. GA, banshees, merc scimitar all up to you.

it be:: 100-60= 40 x 30%= 12
so it be 100-60=40 - 12= 28, so the enemy will have 28 armor.
reason why LIFESTEAL is no longer viable on Zed is because of the new attack speed debuff they applied to all champions, to catch up in attack speed, u lost 25-75 damage u could have had only too attack 2-4% faster?
Zed is a Burst AD SOrcery, not an ADC and people keep confusing that.

The Maw gives 10+ Armor Pen, PLus 20+ from Ghost =30 Armor pen, PLus Armor pen Percent from TBC= your Lastwhisper but better(more HP and movement sustain)
if you ever want to 1v1 builds we can to test which is better, but keep in mine player skill also comes into play.
Im still in debating stages with MOBI or Merc so far ive been running Mobi, I might experiment with Sorc boots and Hybrid pen Quints for 6+ MR pen/Armor Pen

Filler Last item, situational piece, put any of these above the core if the situation demands it.
(because if the enemy team is 5 squishies like rengar, riven, orianna, caitlyn, nami for example, you dont need penetration and you would prefer heavy AD burst like youmuu, BT, IE, MS, lucidity boots, and you would crush them).

up to you depending on what the enemy team comp is.
the only time i consider maw is when the enemy runs 2 or more AP champions, ie ahri mid and elise jungle. if theres only 1 AP damage dealer, i wont consider maw at all as its simply not needed. and its better to have penetration as runes + youmuus, its more than enough, you dont need to overboard on the flat pen.

Second the 100 magic damage for 25 Ad is not worth it, LW on SR is really really bad unless there is heavy tanks like ammu/garen/sion/ or trundle.
Also the squishyes u mentions besides or, cait, and nam are not squishys there AD tanks, especially riven with 400 AD Juggernaut armor her E is like 600 absorb damage.
MAW+ Ghost+ TBC are ESSENTIAL COre items for ZED for ALL Situations regardless of who is playing, because his KIT lacks proper energy replinish cool Downs u need that Extra AD with THUN Glyph Proc to secure not kills alone, but E damage for teamfights.
If u ran Botrk First vs my Ghost first, my Ult would destroy u gurantee if I get 2 basic attacks or 2 abilites + basic attack, unless u Ult Fake, or Dodge damage.
I have beaten 10 Zeds with your build in customs 1v1 because they havent upgraded to new system yet. nor runes.
